Theory why Naruto doesnt use his sage powers

The form he used in gaiden and the movie is RSM+100% kurama.

No it was shown he is able to fight while talk subconsciously with Kurama and other Bijuus because they are linked all he has too do is ask them and they send Chakra.

He doesnt really need them now that he has Full Kurama and he can easily let Kurama gather Nature Energy

Yes he does have all the Tailed Beasts inside him that's also why he is the meeting place for all of the 9 Bijuus and he doesn't need his Sage Powers to use all of the time. That would be wasting chakra, he only needs to use it when his opponents are worthy enough which is Momo from the movie.

The reason is that it all started when the cycle of hatred began.

If they use their indra and ashura powers, theyll more likely start up the transmigrant curse again and such.

Also, the fights wont be as intereting. Itll be like a god fighting an ant.

Im sure that the only time theyll ever use those powers again is against each other.

You're doubtful with respect to the movie I see. Summoning the 9 Bijuus chakra will only be beneficial in ninjutsu department, and ninjutsu doesn't work on Momo, so therefore using Bijuus chakra against Momo was pretty useless, so that's why Naruto didn't do it. Hokage Naruto still has access to 9 Bijuus chakra and go "non-glowing skin mode" when he wishes.
