Why did Jugo become so pathetic?

I mean when I saw Jugo transform into his full curse mark V2 form. I thought "oh man this is going to be this guys thing it will really make an more interesting of team Taka"! But then what happens with him? Thats right nothing at all! Which I was really shocked by because it seemed he was going to get more relevance in the Juubito fight. Beside being a senjutsu power-up for Sasuke but actually fighting himself.

Jugo was not pathetic. Yeah he didn't get much relevance in the War Arc but he defended Sasuke on countless occasions. When he activated his CM and was going against the Raikage I thought it was very dope. He was nicely developed since he was a support character.

Sasuke's chakra heala the mind as opposed to Naruto's chakra healing the body. Juugo's power calmed down because Sasuke's use of genjutsu on him worked like Adderall
