Madara blocked after seeing Madara 10cm away, KCM Naruto blocked them all and then outright dodged the v2 Shunshin full speed, MS Sasuke couldn't dodge from 3 meters away, but still dodged the v1 attack. As I showed you already, Ay was in Raiton cloak and was still charging until after Minato put his hand into the Kunai pouch, threw the kunai's, and the kunai landed. There's no way that process is as fast as Kisame's WD prep, and he isn't crossing the 50 meter distance on top of that. I never said v1 is slow, I said it's slow when talking about blitzing the likes of Kisame.

KCM NAruto, Minato, Bee, sasuke etc alll are lightyears faster than Kisame and have better reaction feats to match there speed feats! Karin already implied he needs to continuously increase the chakra levels in the shroud before he's ready to use his top speed. So the only reason he was still standing is because he was prepping. What??? v2 was resorted to because v1 was too slow. Bee could've used 8 tail v1 cloak Shunshin if he could blitz Kisame and Kisame wouldn't have been able to absorb the full shroud.
