How do they get their hair to hung up like that? Also, is it possible if you have wavy hair? Just curious (I don't really want my hair like that).

It's just a parting.

You don't need gel or hairspray unless you're spiking the back like Sasuke. The parting itself can be acheived if your hair's long enough by parting the front when it's wet.
