Not all of his Mokoton techs suppress chakra. Wood dragon also has to hold down an opponent to make this work. Susano'o is a very durable and sturdy structure. It cannot be held down that easily given that it has 4 arms, in PS form. The back ones can be expanded into wings easily.
Furthermore, you can create an arm (almost) anywhere on any Susano'o structure and can use a weapon to break free.

2. Here we go with this logic. There's no proof? The DB states that it absorbs chakra. The manga shows it absorbs chakra. It absorbed gaseous chakra and liquid chakra. In fact, Nagato was absorbing the KM Mode cloak which has shown to be indeed solid (since Naruto was able not only to punch the ground and put a hole in it but also grab things with his chakra arms), so the fact that you keep spouting that it is physical and cannot be absorbed is not moot uneless you have a manga scan proving otherwise
3. Sasuke didn't burn down the Juubi in canon does that mean Amateratsu can't do it? Madara didn't use PS as the Juubi Jun, does that mean he couldn't? Odoma Rasengan was said to be able to bust mountains does that mean it can't?
