It doesn't make sense to compare Sasuke's Fireball and Madara's

It doesn't make sense because fire isn't Sasuke's strong point, it's Lightning. Madara's main infinity is fire so Ofc he'll be pro at it. It's like expecting Madara to be a better Water user than Tobirama. Sasuke was able to destroy a meteor with Chidori and Madara's fireball can kill a whole army. The real question is which feat is more incredible(soz for bad grammar).Sasuke was only a young-adult(19) and he was able to do a God lvl feat. That meteor was big enough to destroy Konoha which is gigantic. The army Madara fought was the size of 2 football fields. So in my opinion Sasuke is stronger than Madara. Put your thought below.

Size is irrelevant, potency is what matters.

Sasuke's Gōryuka no Jutsu and Madara's Gouka Mekakkyu no Jutsu are both B-Rank techniques, both will have similar potency.

Sasuke's Dragon Katon attacks are far more powerful. Uchihas' Katon attacks are about potency. Sasuke's broke apart a concrete ceiling, and Itachi's dug up the ground and Madara has two different techs that cover a large area.
