When Naruto started using the 9 tails chakra he became faster than Sasuke. When Sasuke's sharingan fully evolved he easily evade and counter Naruto's attacks even though he was slower. Sasuke reaching the other statue doesn't prove he is faster in this situation. Sasuke goal was to kill Naruto. We have seen Sasuke evade attacks and hit faster opponents because of the sharingan. That didn't happen here. He fought Naruto who was holding back. He held back most of the fight. Sasuke would attack first and then Naruto would counter with just enough power to stop his attack. That exactly what occurred here. Naruto didn't want to kill Sasuke.

As I stated sharingan doesn't increase footspped or shushin. Having the ability to counter didn't make him faster than Naruto who was using kyubi's chakra. Naruto was the one coming at him at full speed, he saw that and predict the next move and he counter with the same speed he got. Even when Naruto got the 1 tail cloat, Sasuke could see his movement but couldn't counter because he lacked the speed. Sharingan doesn't increase his speed.

@bold At Vote 1 Sasuke didn't use 3 tomoe sharingan against base Naruto. Are you talking about VOTE 2? If so noted that Sasuke had a blindspot (1 eye closed) and while distracted he countered naruto's clones after. And he got his sharingan desativacted and they both got to taijutsu or a brawl (they both were exhausted).

They moved at the same time, even the flashback tried to show it. And Sasuke reached hashirama's statue so damn fast. I will stated it again for you: Sharingan give better perception(you can say reaction speed too) but it doesn't increase his shushin nor footspeed...oh, and he needed these to reach the statue. He wasn't evading any attack or counter any attack, the opponent who was faster than him always reached greater distance than him before their attack. But at that time, against Naruto, he was better. So yep, base Sasuke is faster than base Naruto.
Naruto having no killing intent doesn't stop him from fighting and moving at the same time as Sasuke,
and he wanted to stop Sasuke just like at VOTE 1

Nice try, nice try... at first, I thought about that too but there's no indication that he used Amenotejikara(Until proven that he used it) Sasuke must have used shushin. At VOTE 1, Naruto crossed it in a moment...

V2 alone would put him below BSM, around BM level. But since Sasuke's footspeed is greater than Raikage, V2 would put him close to BSM. Add Shunshin to that, and it will be above base RSM and equal to RSM with Bijuus chakra.

LOL. This is Sasuke's base speed + his Shunshin + Lightning Armor. You already saw how fast his footspeed + Shunshin were in the movie. Just add Lightning Armor to that and picture it. Sasuke's Lightning Armor will be superior to Ay because of Sasuke's Rikodou chakra. And Sasuke's footspeed is already greater than Ay.

Raikage's footspeed + Lightning Armor > KCM Naruto

Sasuke's footspeed + Lightning Armor > BM Naruto

Sasuke's footspeed + Lightning Armor + Shunshin > BSM Naruto and base RSM Naruto.

I'm a Sasuke fan as well but I rest assured, I never abandon reality and logic in favor of my fav.
