Who else is actually genuinely pissed she was not developed at all. Her mom had some of the best genjutsu in the series, and her dad was one of the 12 Guardian Ninja. Hiruzen showed absolutely no remorse or even question about his son's condition, and despite seeing the daughter, whose name I forgot, we never got to see Kurenai again.

Also, I think a much better system for Sakura to develop would have been to have Kurenai mentor her in part 2. Seeing as she's the only other Genjutsu type that doesn't use eyes.

Out of all the things going wrong in this manga she is the least of my worries.

I feel like Kishi really dropped the ball. After all the promises to mentor her and be her father Shikamaru made, and all the extra scans and shots of pregnant Kurenai, she was just forgotten and cast away to have Shikamaru mentor a grown blonde.

She could've been a female done right.

If you say it like that than you have a point. Instead of making new gen characters Kishi should have worked on the current ones he already introduced. I somewhat feel Kohonamaru should have gotten a better treatment to. Instead of creating Boroto he should have allowed us to see the bond between Kohonamaru and Naruto.

Nope, Chocho and Sarada took Mirai's spot in development for a female character in the new gen. She could have been developed as a good genjutsu user but an Uchiha with genjutsu will always overshadow a Sarutobi with genjutsu skills in this manga.

I personally wanted her to take Sarada's place. She is not that special of a character really.

Genjutsu and a possible weilder of all 5 elements she had potential also konohamaru is her relative who can teach her shit and the 12 guardians most likely can teach her shit and shikamaru can teach her shit. All that shit going to waste

My point exactly. Also Kishi threw out the Sarutobi teaching InoShikaCho by creating Team Konohamaru. Sakura, Tenten, or even Hanabi all would've easily filled the Team 7 position.

I'm with you 100% on this. After Asuma's death, I was looking forward to Shikamaru looking after Asuma's child as to pass the torch. It seemed they were stressing the next generation so hard around the time of Asuma's death, taking a lot of time to explain what "The King" is and what it meant to Hiruzen and Asuma. I was hoping Shikamaru and Mirai would have a Jiraiya/Naruto bond but she hardly got any time to make any inferences.
