Juubi Jins can react to FTG. Minato FTGs, his reflexes don't. So even if he appears instantly, by the time he lands an attack, he'll get beaten up. He ain't as quick as Sasuke.

Keep in mind, Madara fodderized Minato, Tobirama, Hashirama, and all the Kages just for fun. Minato had the misfortune of being featured in this time more often.

Teenage Bee reacted to FTG, twice. Reacting to FTG is not out of the world. And certainly not something only Jubi Jins can manage. Anyone with good reflexes can.

FTG is instant, attacking post FTG teleportation it's not. Not to mention that FTG can be preempted because it needs markings.
