I don't see how Water Dome will get countered in this match-up, regardless of how insane it sounds for Kisame to beat both at the same time. Neither can make clones and neither have any effective way of leaving the dome.

Because Ay would blitz Kisame... And with the two of them together, they'd overwhelm him. Only way he'd win, is if he successfully gets up the WD and captures at least the Sandaime in it.
