The chances that Naruto will be able to successfully summon said clones to restore his SM, with a temporary interval of time where his mode is inactive, and thus vulnerable, as well as creating and landing all 6 FRS perfectly while in a battle situation are slim to none.

His uzimaki reserves will be an asset in dealing with izanagi.
Naruto can deal with his summoning with the toad summonings or sage mode strength
Close quarter combat naruto dominates in sm and immediately kills him. In base mode naruto might get caught by danzos seal but since he would be still he can absorb natural energy and break the seal

As long as shisuis genjutsu is restricted naruto wins
