Minato definitely loses to sasuke and the gokage. Maybe to pain as well. Alive kcm minato wouldn't be superior to edo kcm minato. No its actually a very big difference. Sasuke could track killer b's one sword but couldn't track 7 swords. Sasuke being able to track 1 minato doesn't mean he can track 14.

Because db4 states exactly that "praised amongst all ninja as the greatest in GODLIKE speed". (Whenever the term godlike speed is used in the db, it always refers to movement speed. Sasuke was described to have godlike speed, Ays raiton chakra mode was described to have godlike speed, kakashi kamui raikiri was described to have godlike speed, and minato is praised as the greatest in godlike speed). Trying to convince yourself that a character is slower than another character that already admitted he's slower means you arent worth listening to.

All Edo's had weaker stats across the board, that probably explains why Minato had no feats surpassing that of KCM Naruto. Minatos KCM boosted him up to his alive base self. If he's already his alive base form and gets KCM on top of that. He clears this. Easy. Real easy.
