Does anyone relate to Boruto?

It's better understood if you watch the movie.

You can't ask people if they relate when they haven't seen his character.

His situation is very relatable in my opinion. To explain it all would make me write at least six paragraphs if anyone was interested. Though it doesn't have much to do with his problem with Naruto. It more has to do with the situation of cheating which was a giant conflict of his characters.

It's very well written.

He is very reliatable to me. Because he grew up on a time where he never had to work hard. I grew up the same way. So taking things for granted seems natural for me.

Watch even that gets shit on during the movie :lmao:
It doesn't.

He even has a great relationship with Sasuke too, a bit better than his father since both him and Sasuke get along like Uncle/Nephew almost instantly :lmao:

You have to watch the movie to understand his character.

It's actually quite well written, most developed person in the new generation, by a landslide. The cheating, him being a slacker, and being a brat. It's all explained, and it's pretty cool.

It also connects with today's era and the children of our world, which is represented by Boruto.

Got a good understanding so far, although movie would explain more.

From my assumption, bolt cheats to not fail in front of dad, is bratty because his dad (most likely favorite parent ) is too busy with work (seems hokage work for naruto is way more than I had thought since he is using clones often and as a result is tired due to chakra taxing), and I don't know why he is a slacker. Perhaps due to his easier lifestyle or stable ish family? Seems pretty straight forward IMO.

Also yes he does seem to represent the new generation of this era.

not just that.

Katasuke, the scientist, tricks Boruto into using the device to impress his father. Katasuke/Boruto met a few times before due to his father's business with his scientists, and Katasuke was luring Boruto into taking the device and to cheat with it in the exams so he can sell them into the world (they are putting the exams on TV like some hunger games type crap lmao). Katasuke knows of Boruto/Naruto's complications like everyone else, due to them having an open relationship that consists of Boruto being angry at him all the time

He doesn't understand the meaning of shinobi, so find the concept itself undesirable. Also people don't take him seriously because he is the son of Naruto, therefore most of his accomplishments go to him being "the Hokage's son" rather than "him being talented enough, or putting the work enough to do this" <--- You get the feeling based on what people say about him, and his reactions to what they say.

Only thing I relate with is his relationship with his dad in the aspect of him wanting to be better and not take the path his dad took.

I also cheat in single player games when I get bored of them and occasionally when I'm playing spades.

I see so my assumption was sort of close?
