As an animator you cant get the smallest of details from the Manga and put it into the anime, This episode was awesome af and SP are doing really good with their episodes for the past few weeks.

The episode screenshot shows TBBRS being created by Naruto so it's with respect to Naruto's size, while the manga scan shows that being thrown so that is definitely a close up view in the manga scan and is not proportional to Naruto's size. You could at least use the correct corresponding scan.

But I agree still, because the anime version is still slightly smaller than what was shown in the manga when Naruto created it. SP animation is really at its downfall. It's good at some parts but it ruins the entire thing at some points. Not like it used to be.
