Lml. If Kakuzu had a brain and it was possible to kill him that way, there would be no point to killing off all 5 of his hearts like Team Kakashi did/decided to do. The whole killing him 5 times shit could have been entirely bypassed by aiming at the head and killing the brain then. Besides, brains age as well.
There would also be no point to Kakuzu and Kakashi saying Kakuzu is ''immortal'' and Kakuzu himself constantly re-stocking himself with hearts when he'd die eventually due to an aging brain which he can't just casually replace with his tendrils.
Another thing to note is that Kakuzu's hearts can give out ''commands'' to the rest of the body much like a brain does. For an example, his masks don't have a brain and can move without Kakuzu. For an example, Kakuzu's detached hand that only has a heart moving it can grab objects such as Asuma's blades.
He doesn't have bones nor lungs, his body is full of tendrils and he is compatible with literally any heart as well as has pink eyes.
>appyling real world logic to Kakuzu
