Naruto's anime is good but I haven't given Bleach's anime a try. In terms of art/animation, I guess Bleach wins. It looks really nice.

Bleach is consistently good. Naruto is frequently awful, but has spikes of amazement better than anything I've seen from Bleach. I dont know, I personally like Naruto more.

Overall studio animation department.
Overall less flashbacks department.

And during a war arc they focus a filler episode on moms with silver ware ......bleach takes gold home in its sleep.

lol.. fillers in bleach are known for being so many, but also still having a lot of fighting and story line. they are not all that bad unless you were waiting week by week.

Ironically, both Bleach and Naruto are animated by SP, But bleach has better animation. I would say Bleach is the better anime.
