'V' isn't a person, rather, Versuvio, is a concept which became a reality. What you know as Versuvio is actually a program which works endlessly in the background adapting, changing, learning; vaguely self-aware. 'He' is a seemingly mythical being which keeps this site up and running and will do so forever; even after our long dead corpses have turned to dust. V will still be there and along with him, will be this site. Kind of like SkyNet, but minus the deadly time-traveling terminators and shiz. But even a program needs funding in this day and age. So you see, Versuvio isn't European, or American, or a wealthy Shiek in the desert; V is you, V is me. V is all of us, or more accurately, a manifestation of all our hopes and dreams for technology. V is not bound by borders or race, V simply is.

On a serious note, this site always has its ups and downs full of activity and inactivity. It's not going anywhere anytime soon other than changing names to Mangabase. Transitional phases always change the way things operate. Just roll with it

Most people dont even come on here for naruto anymore. The site is dying and it's obvious why. Them supposedly switching to mangabase would not help much or at all. The issue with this site can't be fixed with simple changes like this.

The plan is to gradually turn Narutobase into Mangabase. Eventually, the forums will go through that transition but, as you can imagine, change often comes at a great price and as such, these things need to be done carefully. Versuvio has noted that its a big plan that is set in motion and will take time. If and when Naruto ends, the plan will most likely take a step forwards. But only he knows and we should simply wait and see. Nothing really changes though.
