Kyuubi chakra alone makes techniques 6× stronger. That's crazy high quality potent chakra and the Jubi is made up of all 9 of them so imagine how much it multiples techniques power.

So there's no telling whose chakra is more potent exactly but based on feats I'll go a head and say the Jubi's is because when Madara absorbed it his Mokuton became planetary scale.....

Madara went to get his other eye to fight Sasuke AND Naruto, a part you conveniently left out. There's no way in hell either that Sasuke could have beaten Madara alone, even if he had both seals and this is not one eyed Madara in the thread, its 3 eyed after he absorbed God Tree and his Mokuton became you know, planetary level....

So it's clear who gets mauled here.

His Mokuton becoming planet level is irrelevant since that was basically god tree branches it look like the same shit from the past when Kaguya used I.T also mokuton cannot reach the sky so Sasuke has nothing to worry about Hagoromos rinnegan > Madara thus Sasuke would have the more powerful rinnegan Adult Sasuke susanoo > VOTE2 Sasuke > Madara this he loses like i said

I'm not implying they're capable of the same feat. If I was I wouldn't ask you to imagine how much techniques would be multiplied by its chakra because if they were all capable of multiplying techniques power the same way I would have just said Jubi chakra makes jutsu 50× (6×8.5) stronger but it would also be silly to think they don't multiple techniques power at all, (besides Kyuubi) which I'm not sure if you were trying to insinuate or not. The reason that is is because they are all Kaguyas chakra to begin with and her chakra should be as potent or even more so then Hagoromo chakra. While too many facts show Kurama has more chakra than the other Bijuu, nothing ever mentioned anything bout it being more potent than the other Bijuu and as you said, more chakra doesn't mean more potent.

Shin: Jukai Kōtan(God: Nativity of a World of Trees) is Kekkei Mōra which is used after one uses the Mugen Tsukuyomi, while Mokuton is simply Kekkei Genkai....the two attacks aren't anywhere near close to assume Madara's Mokuton scale increased to that level.​
