i already hv it , superantispyware is 1000 times better.

Download Malwarebytes and then scan, it will remove all adware and malware.
Also just install Microsoft security essentials.

Open msconfig.exe if it opens at start-up, disable it.

Malwarebytes is better.

There should be an option in SAS to disable popups or "Start with Windows". If not, follow Baelor's advice.

Whatever you do though, do not install Microsoft Security Essentials. It has the lowest detection rates and uses the highest amount of resources (memory) against its competitors. It's an absolute bag of crap.

Avast Free is the best all-rounder.
