as far as elemental release goes, i would say TSB is the best(since it is technically made up of several elemental affinities) and Mokuton is 2nd best.

Maybe it didn't? Maybe not. Maybe it was actually the opposite in the actual manga.
If we add to that, Kamui phasing (flawless defense), Kamui self teleporting between dimensions and places (basically a free seal-less Hiraishin if one has the power of both eyes together, also enpowered with Rikudo chakra), ths possibility to combo Kamui powers with other jutsu (Kakashi's Kamui Raikiri that even Kaguya couldn't defend from and Kamui Shuriken that countered Kaguya's giant form, for example), plus the already remembered long range Kamui that is a uncounterable offense, that used by DMS Kakashi outperformed even Kaguya's S/T that created so much problems to Rinnegan Sasuke and Rikudo Naruto... I guess Kamui is the best, it's just logical based on manga.

And Naruto's Super Bijuu Dama Rasen Shuriken (which you placed at #2) is just Kyuubi's Bijuu Dama with wind. That's why it needed to be complemented by Ultra Big Ball Rasen Shuriken to match Indra's Arrow. It's inferior to Indra's Arrow, so how can it placed above Indra's Arrow?
That's not technically right. Sasuke drew in a portion of the 9 Bijuus chakra (not all of their chakra) and merged them (which was praised by Kurama) in turn creating a portion of the Juubi's chakra, which is exactly what he used to fire Indra's Arrow (HIS technique), since Juubi's chakra is the same power as his Six Paths chakra. So the Bijuus chakra was basically used as a supplement for his Six Paths chakra, that's all. Indra's Arrow doesn't actually require Bijuus chakra for production.
No, it isn't. As long as Sasuke has Six Paths chakra, he can create Indra's Arrow (with the same power) as much as his chakra reserves allow. If he needs to create it more than that, he will need the Bijuus chakra like he did at VOTE.
Not 2 Super Bijuu Dama Rasenshurikens. Only one of them was a Super Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken. The other was the Super Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken. And that's the maximum he can produce in one shot, so don't give more than that to his account.

And Naruto can create 6 Bijuu Dama Rasenshurikens (which he used against Madara's CT meteors) at one time, not 6 Super Bijuu Dama Rasenshurikens (which Naruto created at VOTE). He can create ONLY one Super Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken, not even two. Don't mix those two even by mistake, they are in a completely different league than each other. His 6 Bijuus Dama Rasenshurikens combined are probably about the same size and power as 1 Super Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken.
Just look at the size difference between the two. His Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken is so small compared to Super Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken.

The left over chakra after creating one Super Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken is only capable of creating a Super Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken. And those two combined are Naruto's maximum power output in one shot, and are equal in power to Sasuke's Indra's Arrow.
