Doesn't TSB have different forms? One negates and the other erases everything in contact.

touching a TSB is really only a problem if the user applies Onmyoudon to it. If i recall correctly, Sasuke was able to touch what Naruto made from them because he hadn't learned how to apply Onmyoudon to them yet.
