Kimmimaru is beyond jounin.
His near death feats are easily jounin level and almost killed lee and gaara who were more than genin level despite their rank. Bu feats he beats the edo hokages one on one (the weak ones from part one ). He could create a forrest of bones ready to insta kill and is durable.
