He wouldn't need to resynchronize. He was already connected to it for years so he wouldn't need to do it all over again, that's why he could use the black rods when he was revived before he even summoned the Gedo.

Well origionally the Gedo was in our dimention in the moon. Now it's in a completely different one sealed away. So I doubt it but who knows. I also doubt Sasuke's that stupid to risk bringing back the Juubi or Kaguya

Sasuke already proved he can summon from other dimensions so there's nothing preventing him from summoning the statue. And unless he revives the Juubi and fuses with the Shinju there's 0 risk from using the Gedo

i dont think so. the reason why he use Bijuu Susanoo to fight Naruto in Ashura Avatar because Gedo and Kaguya is sealed away in moon. And sasuke dont have 6th path ability.. manga, gaiden and movie prove it.
