I also like how Shisui's eye was meant to counter Sasuke using Itachi's eyes on Naruto but when the failsafe was removed by Itachi, he was sure Naruto could deal with Sasuke some other way...

My scan was rather to show what Naruto said to Bee: " If he hits you with Tsukuyomi it's over" but Bee is a perfect Jin so I don't see how this rule wouldnt apply to Naruto as well

I think Kurama can help him counter a normal genjutsu. But Tsukiyomi is different. Even Kurama can't help him counter infinite Tsukiyomi.. just saiying.

Itachi can Totsuka the Juubi out of Jinchuuriki's, hence why he had to die. His Tsukuyomi could've also broken IT and Yata can deflect TSB

IT and Tsukuyomi are different. But that changes nothing for naruto and kurama: cause both are highest level of genjutsu.
