Absolutely, as others have said, half of Kurama took down 5 of the other tailed beasts and I don't think adding the 1,5 or 8 tails would have made a difference. Wielding such a power is what I give Naruto a lot of credit for. I don't see it as any different in skill than controlling the Sharingan and could easily make the argument that its harder.

Well Kurana has been noted as the only bijuu to be able to "super charge" his Bijuudama so there's that I wouldn't say that 50% of Kurama can take on all 8 bijuudamas at once that seems like overkill. Naruto should be accredited with wielding such monstrous powers one could make the argument that Minato could as well, but actually, to be fair, it's already been proven anybody who has the body (and self control) for it can wield kurama's chakra, the reason why the shinobi alliance could world Kurama's chakra in the first place is because Naruto adjusted the chakra compatibility to fit the alliance. In other words he fixed kurama's chakra like a jigsaw puzzle to match the alliance members respectively.

While the sharnningan dies require skill you'd have to be specific, for non uchiha members then yes, for uchiha members then no, if you mean that controlling kurama is harder than controlling the sharningan then that's not even up for discussion, it's pretty evident controlling all of Kurama's chakra precisely requires great chakra control. The sharnningan does as well but for uchiha members it's less taxing....for non uchiha members well...not so much (unless you're a senju or have the body for it). The only argument that can be made is a non uchiha controlling a rinnegan that isn't theirs, or anybody for that matter without rikoudo chakra controlling a rinnegan that isn't theirs, even obito had trouble
