will naruto be as popular as dbz? And is the narutverse not done yet?

What i'm asking is that will naruto be legendary as dbz with naruto games coming out every year, new movies every 5 or 10 years, games like db heroes but a naruto version for it, a gt kind of serie and a db super kind of serie. Personnally i think there is a lot going for the naruto world and there is still alot of questions unanswered. kishi can extend the narutoverse with the new generation with the outsusuki clan and more. We don't even know why kaguya wanted to build an army and we haven't heard about her husband. What is also strange is that hagoromo seems like he doesn't even know his own father.

Narutos plot is too serious for them to do as much as dbz. They have to weave a more complex narrative. Dbz was left very open ended

As famous or legendary as DBZ? Absolutely Not. That does not discredit the series tho...because no other anime (besides maybe One Piece) shares that distinction. DBZ was the show that showed the rest of the world the awesome concept that is anime.

Well whenever you make a live action movie of an anime it should be pretty popular , but tbh it really depends, Naruto probably won't be as famous as dbz since dbz revolutionized unless Naruto inspires some ninja themed anime and shows a way of the like. Other than that, Naruto is popular in it's own right, it CAN but it's a stretch, because One Piece and DBZ are neck and neck now with DBZ in terms of world wide popularity being more popular.

in my mind, dbz and naruto are the superstar animes. when you talk to someone who doesn't know anime they'll be like oh that dragonball naruto stuff. Pokemon, digimon, bey blade, yugioh, etc. are their own special anime group for obvious reasons and also world famous. one piece and bleach are like a tier below but not really seen as anime. bleach and one piece are some tiers below naruto and dbz. then all the classic anime shows like yuyu hakusho, rurouni ken shin etc. are next & then all the 12-25 episode series that stand out like soul eater, attack on Titan, etc. and then the ones that don't stand out. and then the kawaii slice of life loli animes at the bottom.

DBZ is no longer known by the new generation where I live anyway. Then again. My little brothers didn't know what pokemon was until last christmas.

People need to keep in mind naruto is popular all around the world just like dbz it's just the ones who claim dbz to be the best don't want naruto grouped with it so they deny it
