Like the title says,i don't see how alive minato beats itachi,i mean itachi is a bad matchup for minato,minato is a close range fighter,close range fighters are easier to get caught in genjutsu,itachi reacted to lightning speed,meaning even if minato teleports and tries hitting him with rasengan,itachi can react with ribcage susano because lightening speed shits on minatos reflex,plus itachi can summon crows to aid him,karasu bunshin feints and bunshin daibakuha ends minato,not to mention itachi is better at shurikenjutsu,itachi has KA,itachi can use izanagi if it comes to that(which i don't think it will) IMO i dont see alive minato beating alive itachi,edo is a different story though,and if minato stays for a sec to gather senjutsu chakrahe gets owned by amaterasu,summon bunta he gets genjutsu'ed or amaterasu'ed,so what do you guyz think

Minato is a sensor which is a counter for genjutsu via fighting with your eyes closed. Or he could use clones to engage Itachi in cqc which would result in his death. Then there's the fact that he knows Ma and Pa which is how he was able to use SM which means he could use the Jiraiya method of gaining Sm via fusion and if that happens Itachi gets low diffed.

why are guyz even considering sage mode,when the user openly admitted he was bad at it,and takes a long time,plus you need to be still to enter sage mode,if minato is still for a sec,he gets owned by amaterasu,hell jman is better at sage mode and it took him a long time before he can summon fukasaku and shima,and this is a one on one battle,minato had the time to enter SM against madz coz madz was occupied with others

Usually i would say Kotoamatsukami solo but Madara can counter it with Izanagi

with Hashirama it took Itachi Kotoamatsukami to break out of Edo tensei Hashirama did it without anything, it maywork but it also has a chance of not working.
