You can say that the romance with NaruHina is kind of rush because Kishi wanted to end the speculation that has been hanging for more than a decade.

Kishi likes to pair Yin/Yang in his character dynamics / themes. In Kishi's mind, Naruto and Sakura are both Yang, and Sasuke and Hinata are both Yin.

That's basically it. To Kishi, Narusaku would be an overly "Yang" pairing, so he instead chose to give them a "Brother/Sister" type relationship.

No offense but I think her softness is what makes most fans bored.....you can't laugh all the time to a soft, quiet person.

Just look at Goku and chichi, they are probably the most INTERTAINING couple out there.......even vegeta and bulma are entertaninng to watch.

Naruhina is just to plain.......that's why I always supported narusaku.....they have that INTERTAINING factor, and follow what KISHI always said ( MOMS ARE MEAN)

As much as I'd really really HATE to say this, YOU are right! NaruSaku should have been the endgame. I might not like the pairing, probably because the only one that I find appealing at all is SkikaTema (which is the most realistic and healthiest pairing in the series overall. Delivers a good message all around!), but NaruSaku is the only pairing plot wise and just overall the only one out of the main characters that makes any sense! On top of that, it would have prevented the disastrous pairing that was SasuSaku (which delivers the worst message to both men and to women btw.)and it's POS Gaiden that came along with it! Sad, but true!

Kishi made a big mistake by not developing the canon pairings, especially Hinata. Sorry, but that's something no one can deny and it's painful considering that Hinata had so much more potential. I honestly would have adored NaruHina had it not only gotten the proper development, but also if Hinata was not always so creepy and shy. She is basically a non evil version of Kaguya with a little more personality and black hair. Had she been like how she was in Road to Ninja, then I would have rooted all the way for NaruHina! Truth of the matter!

If you payed attention to the pictures in the house they did a lot in the earlier years before he became hokage. More so than any other family or couple in the series.

The last conveyed this too with the photos and snowball fight at the end.

They've pretty much settled down. Naruto has a career and Hinata supports him.

Anyway, Naruto's hobby is gardening and pressing flowers now.

That's Kishi's biggest mistake and it just proves he does not know a thing about romance when it comes to writing it. If anything, Sasuke along with SasuSaku is the ultimate "Yang" for reasons I could go on for hours for. One of which is the atrocious message it sends to men and women. It's less healthy as Bella and Edward from Twilight and is on par with Anastasia and Christian from Fifty Shades of Grey! That's saying A LOT!

Unfortunately the pairing tards will always rush to the defense of their pairings rather than listen to reason. Also, call me racist all you want, but I have noticed something as of recent when it comes to many manga/animes when it comes to the pairings, here it is:

I find it HEAVILY forced that the main protagonist of a series or any character for that matter who has non black hair and looks white has to get with the guy or girl who looks Asian I.E. black hair and brown or black eyes.

NaruHina and SasuSaku in the Naruto series' case are both prime examples of this heavy enforcement!

What kind of nonsense are you spouting?

Of course Naruto gets away with what he wants, he's the damn Hokage. If he got questioned on his actions by his wife on a daily basis, what respect would people have for him?

Sakura would do ANYTHING for Sasuke so what's the point of bringing it up with Hinata?

You don't base a relationship on whether it will be "entertaining" or not, you base a relationship on whether both parties are attracted to the other and have feelings for one another. Wishing for NaruSaku to happen just because Naruto and Sakura are more entertaining (if you can even call their relationship entertaining since it mostly consists of Sakura punching Naruto through walls and talking about Sasuke) to watch is completely wrong.

There's nothing particularity wrong with NaruHina as a pair, you obviously just have a personal dislike of Hinata's character which is your own problem. Don't use that as an excuse to try and say the pairing is bad, since there are plenty of art works on Deviant Art/Fan Fiction that show a healthy and pretty amusing relationship between them.

Kishi has stated several times he does not know how to write romance, he just sucks as it. Gaiden was a clear indication of this, seeing as how the SS couple was shitted on despite their happy ending.

NaruHina isn't the best couple, hell they're far from it. But at the very least, Naruto got what he wanted and actually likes Hinata's shyness and personality. That's all that matters.

You compared NaruSaku to Goku and Chichi? Perhaps you should reread the DBZ manga. Chichi never stands up to Goku and supports him in everything he does. The anime exaggerated Chichi to make her this "dragon woman" wife archetype, but Chichi is always sweet on Goku. The closest thing in DBZ to NaruSaku is Goku x Bulma. Because Bulma has that rapport with Goku and has no problem screaming at him or calling his out for his lapses, BUT still supports him and hypes him. Bulma x Vegeta doesn't match NaruSaku, because Vegeta and Bulma have regular shouting matches over what should be what in their relationship.
