Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

After speaking Obito immediately performs a single hand seal and casts his opponent into an illusion. Once the illusion has been cast, Mangetsu's entire world transforms into nothing but glass. Everything he lays his eyes on becomes glass aside from Obito himself. Along with the formation of the glass, every tiny bit of movement Mangetsu makes, let's the glass shatter into tiny shards and target the moving parts of his body. Every breath Mangetsu takes would make him feel as though shattered shards of glass are slicing in and out of his gullet. Every obligatory blink of his eyes feels as though glass are piercing through his eyeballs. An attempt at any muscle movement would cause even more sharp shards to penetrate his body. Mangetsu would be left immobilized considering the level of pain he is under and with any attempt at more movement the pain doubles if not triples constantly. Following the casting of the first illusion, Obito layers a second within the first, and with the second illusion being cast, Mangetsu would see the reaper of death appear before him. The Grim reaper would further increase his level of pain felt by forcefully grabbing him around the neck and raising him off the ground whilst choking him. The choke hold would cut off Mangetsu's airways and shut his jaw forcing slight movement in the midst of it that courses pain through his entire body. Mangetsu's vision would then slowly fade to darkness as would he fall unconscious in reality, that is only if he fails to release the troublesome and painful illusion.

Obito then takes out a single kunai and infuses it with fire chakra before tossing it directly towards Mangetsu's right eye, aiming to pierce right through it and into his brain in an attempt to swiftly kill him.

Description: This Genjutsu affects the opponent by attacking their sense of touch and sight, by causing unbearable pain. The user will perform three hand seals (Dragon → Horse → Tiger), and then channel their chakra into their opponent’s nervous system, taking control of their senses. This jutsu then traps the opponent in a world where literally everything is made out of glass, that breaks down in sharp glass spikes with the slightest move, even by breathing. So if the victim trapped in the genjutsu would breath, it would feel if glass was piercing their lungs over and over again, even if the victim would blink, it would feel like there are small pieces of glasses stuck within the victims eyes. If they would take a step, it would feel like their leg was pierced and so on. This jutsu has been known to be extremely painful, if the victim does not break out of this technique within one turn, then he or she will pass out due to the constant pain. [Example]

Mangetsu smirks in response to the masked man's ego. A mere moment after, the opponent had gestured a hand sign, that made Mangetsu's surroundings turn completely into glass, glittering with the sunlight. Naturally taking a breath, sharp pain could be felt throughout his breathing pathways, equivalent to the feeling of shattered and sharp fragments. Instinctively Mangetsu began to cough and semi-choke from the sensation as he began to feel the same sharp pain around his eyes from his constant blinking. Unquestionably, Mangetsu knew he had been placed inside of a very serious illusion that manipulated multiple senses. With his left hand over his throat as an instinctive action, he was unable to gesture any hand signs. Instead he tried to calm himself during the sea of rushing pain. (Pain would be reduced if CFS passive abilities are allowed.) He channeled chakra into his blade which was strapped on his back, activating the water core in order to materialize two whips of water that slithered from Mangetsu's back, concealed from the enemy's point of view. One of the whips pierced into Mangetsu's left gluteus maximus, causing enough pain to release him from the illusion. Due to the timing of his release and how long it took him to decipher due to the sheer pain, the second illusion would have been casted as well as released in unison due to the overlapping pain spiking the system. Mangetsu continued to pretend he was inside of the illusion as his view was glued on the ground beneath him, as he coughed uncontrollably although slowly with pauses and choking. Meanwhile, the two whips would forcefully be flung to either side of Mangetsu, swiftly exiting in the shape of condensed fuma shurikens made of water. The shurikens were released in a circular motion maintaining a long-range distance from the target as they closed the distance to attempt and pierce into either side of their rib-cage area with a long delay due to the distance in which they were circling from. (Meaning when they are at your sides, they would begin closing the distance for their strike.)

Description: ZKKK is a blade crafted out of a very rare and indestructible white alloy, however that does not mean it can defend against anything/everything. The sword itself is eight inches wide, consisting of a single sided sharp edge however the dull side of the blade contains two small curved teeth that stick out two inches. The teeth are evenly spaced apart between a hollow opening the blade has near the lower end, the opening is large enough to fit a human head/neck, designed mostly for decapitations with it's inner sharp edges. The sword's blade is five feet in length, having the one foot handle covered in a layer of rubber which is laced by a bandage to disguise it, this would prevent the conduction of electricity. The end of the handle consists of a small rectangle ring big enough to fit two fingers comfortably. A small chain of six inches in length is attached to the rectangular ring, something that could be used to handle the blade in various acrobatic ways by spinning it. At the end of the chain there is a small crest with the symbol of Water, displaying it's origins. The blade's decapitating core/opening can be fueled with chakra and use the sword itself as a water-natured catalyst in order to fill it with a syrup-like substance that could be manipulated to perform special water related abilities;

Syrup/Liquid/Mist Core - The user is able to shape manipulate the source and extend it to create various constructs, up to the user's imagination and within reason, most in the theme of limbs or whips of water that can extend up to mid range and are no thicker than a human's arm. The constructs can be condensed enough to bind targets or even release as projectiles. up to two whips of Syrup/Liquid/Mist-based water that could be used to deal lashing/blunt/piercing damage or bind a target(s) causing them to be trapped within the technique. With the usage of a single hand seal the user can cause the syrup/liquid/mist to expand upon a captured target(s) in order to bind them in place, this ability is B-Rank in strength/cost.

Elastic String - By focusing chakra through the Water crest, the user can materialize a string of elastic water syrup. The string is long enough to reach up to a long distance and can be used to further enhance the manipulation of the blade in combat or bind a target. The string can be further manipulated to create miniature spikes and similar things to increase it's lethality. This ability is classified as B rank in strength/cost.

Inner Mist - By feeding -5 chakra per turn, the sword is able to produce a mist of water vapor in a short range radius around the user, the vapor would escape from the core of the blade. Just like the Hidden Mist technique, this mist can vary in terms of thickness, being able to manipulate it at will with the influx of chakra released, although it will always remain at -5 no matter how thick or thin the mist is. The mist produced by the blade can be treated the same as the Hidden in the Mist technique and be used as a source for possible attacks. Not only can the sword produce a mist but it can also turn itself mist. This ability is in order to avoid certain tangible situations or to retrieve the sword from a distance, using mental commands and chakra manipulation to control the sword in it's mist form. The sword can either turn fully or partially into a mist.

In one fluid and swift motion after releasing his water shuriken, Mangetsu entered a hydrification state whilst still maintaining his human appearance. Unexpectedly the ground beneath him would crack as blasts of water were released from the soles of his feet, launching him forward at great speeds, equal to the one of a traveling arrow. Upon launch Mangetsu's view was now fixated on the individual's body as there was no point in looking at a masked man, which lowered the predictability with no real eye contact. (Staying focused roughly from the chin down) Naturally, the fire infusedt kunai would phase through Mangetsu's body as he continued blitzing forward.

Description: Through the usage of this technique, the user will momentarily enter a hydrified state or manipulate his already activated state. By taking the concept used in the Hozuki Bullet Technique, the user will release blasts of water from limbs or joints/body parts, augmenting not only striking speed, but also strength. For example, the user can release blasts of water from his elbows, increasing the overall potential of punches. Or even release blasts from the soles of the feet, boosting thrust momentum to that of a traveling arrow or slower. Before or upon physical contact, the user can release another blast from his striking limb, allowing him to deliver great blunt damage.

⋩ A-Rank can be used four times per battle.
⋩ Can only be used by Hozuki Clan Biographies.
⋩ Can be combined with Water Techniques along with non-elemental abilities.

Immediately after launching forward, Mangetsu expelled from his mouth a dense torrent that expanded outwards mid-range in width and 5m in height, attempting to completely smash into the stationary target. Although the torrent did not produce any damage naturally, the added momentum from the initial blitz would make the blunt force hit more potent. Mangetsu's aim was to completely bomb rush the target whilst lowering the available options of escape as the torrent continued to be released forward into the target's long range (would be your mid range due to my fast approach.) Meanwhile the previously thrown shuriken would be nearing their target from either side.

Immediately after launching forward, Mangetsu expelled from his mouth a dense torrent that expanded outwards mid-range in width and 5m in height, attempting to completely smash into the stationary target. Although the torrent did not produce any damage naturally, the added momentum from the initial blitz would make the blunt force hit more potent. Mangetsu's aim was to completely bomb rush the target whilst lowering the available options of escape as the torrent continued to be released forward into the target's long range (would be your mid range due to my fast approach.) Meanwhile the previously thrown shuriken would be nearing their target from either side.

OOC: I hope you don't mind me saying, but I think the way you go about releasing the illusion would not work. The process is correct but your description makes it seem otherwise. You simply say "pierce into" which could mean a simple cut to draw blood as well. Then you say it is enough pain to release the illusion. You would require a deep stab into muscle tissue to release S-Ranked illusions. That being said, a deep stab into the glutes would affect hip and possibly leg movement as well, would it not? But you then immediately blitz towards me as if nothing had happened at all. Maybe the hydrafication allows this but I don't know the clans abilities so I am not entirely sure. Also IMO, your genjutsu reasoning is off, you basically are saying that you see everything turn to glass and then know for a fact that it is an illusion. For all you knew, I could have been a glass element user as well. So you might wanna elaborate on that for a next time. With his eyes closely studying Mangetsu's flow of chakra, Obito would be able to notice his chakra flow return to normal despite him still facing the ground and appearing to still be under the affects of the illusion. The shuriken would then be formed and flung to his sides as would Obito notice Mangetsu's chakra being focused throughout his body but more so at the feet. Simultaneously to the notice of these, Obito performs a sequence of hand seals swiftly before exhaling a total of 3 blades of sharp and fast wind. The first released blade heads directly at Mangetsu's throat whilst the other two are released to his left and right sides respectively. Obito would have noticed the shuriken moving in a circling formation and manipulates the wind blades released to his left and right to meet the water shuriken halfway allowing for both to neutralize each other. As Mangetsu moves forward at a faster pace, albeit, slow before the eyes of Obito, he raises his right hand and faces it directly at Mangetsu, with this action comes the formation of a chidori within the palm of his right hand. Obito then releases a large blast before himself, able to easily destroy most if not everything before himself.

A: If you pay close attention to the description of my move, nowhere did I utilize my muscles, I simply released a blast from the soles of my feet in order to propel me. Yes, it would cause pain, but I am not relying on my injure muscle's strength to do what I did.

Knowing one of his muscles was not 100%, Mangetsu decided to take a different approach as he had entered a hydrified state by turning his entire body whilst maintaining his normal physical appearance as two wings made of water sprout from his back, taking the actual appearance of water. As this happened, Mangetsu would be "decapitated" as a blade of wind rushed through his throat, only to have his head hover in the air momentarily before being attached back through his watery state. Due to his initial thrusting momentum, Mangetsu would be lunched into the sky like a rocket, way above the now released lightning assault. Mangetsu would begin spiraling into the sky, continuing to raise his altitude whilst paying attention to his target down below and also in the sky from any assaults. Mangetsu would be roughly three meters behind the target as he continued to fly upwards until he reached the altitude of sixty-five meters.

Upon Mangetsu ascending into the air and evading the blast of lightning. Obito would time his next attack at the exact time when Mangetsu would just about leave a mid ranged distance from him. Upon Mangetsu making it about approximately 20 meters from Obito into the sky, Obito focuses his wind chakra into the air all around Mangetsu and forms a large, high powered tornado all around him, swiftly after the tornado forms, Obito releases his fire chakra into the tornado and sets it ablaze forming a large blast of wind and fire that would be capable of completely destroying the Hozuki.

You try and accuse me of being someone that needs to win or in this situation, someone that needs to beat you through time limit...and when I give you a chance so that I can prove that accusation otherwise..you say the mood is severed?
