Who do you think will reboot the series? Kishi is fed up with this manga
In a way, you kinda answered the question. It's because Kishi is done writing the manga and from what we can assess, no longer cares for it. That said, it's safe to assume that if there might be someone in the future that will ask permission from Kishi to write a reboot of the series with Kishi granting that person permission do to so. Who that person would be? I have no idea.
