Manga says he can in the war arc so your wrong there can't comment on the movie didn't see it so don't know. I do know however naruto can share his chakra or the foxes with anyone he wants and the fox chakra can heal and protect anyone because naruto does it in the manga and the anime.

And Sasuke saved Naruto earlier in the movie, but I bet you won't dare say he got solo'd.

Also, Sasuke got up and used his strongest EMS tech seconds later... Being solo'd constitutes putting your opponent down permanently. Momoshiki's strongest focused offensive failed to even stop Sasuke despite the fact he was only using the ribcage form.
