Oh but wait. Didn't kid Sasuke have Lee's speed and did Sasuke rip into Gaara with chidori 3x? Two of which were when Gaara was partially transformed Shukaku?

Yeah man... Ay's lightning armor speed + durability and decapitating lariat would be totally ineffective against Gaara. :Sparks:

Sasuke is the first person to draw blood from Gaara. Lee was the first person to cause Gaara pain, and touch him in combat.

The fight between Gaara and Sasuke in the forest was Gaara w/ Shukaku taunting Sasuke. Sasuke couldn't keep generating lightning chakra, so he couldn't close the fight. Someone with Raiton at Ay, 3rd Raikage, Kakashi, Bee, Darui, Hebi Sasuke, or Kakuzu levels, would have no trouble blasting Gaara's with their elemental type advantage.

Gaara's sand armor perfect defense, just like the Hyuga's Kaiten perfect defense was hype, that Kishi shattered; as more and more powerful shinobi and jutsus started to arrive.

No lee was first person to outrun Gaara sand not give him pain .... Reread the ending of that fight Gaara fixes his sand shield and just gets up like nothing happened ... His sand shield armor alone took 5 gates yet ppl shit on it ..
