Well, I can teach you the shadow techs, but for the element you'll have to contact an official sensei (thier names appear orange)
First, tell me everything you know about the Nara clan KG.

Basically nara clan have ability to use shadow for both offensive and defensive move, they can use their shadow then connect to another person( not sure if i can stated like this )
after shadow is connected, they can control the another person for example if they go right the person will also right , but it has time limit , in anime shikamaru can use his shadow to control a person only up to 5min. and they also have shadow tech that is offensive like ( shadow strangle jutsu ) [[ hope this is acceptable ]]

Good, but you forgot something.
If the opponent creates a strong light source in your direction (such as a fire jutsu) it can slow (B-rank fire), stop (A-rank fire), or push your shadow back to you (S-rank and above)
Now, with that in mind, the same can be used in your favor. If you create a strong light source behind you it will both increase the speed and range your shadow can travel. An example of this would be throwing a flash bomb behind you to both blind the opponent and increase your shadow.
With all that said, lets get started.
I want you to concentrate your chakra in your shadow and attempt to make it move towards me.

Not bad. The more you practice the easier it'll get. I want to keep trying until you can get it to move as fast as you can run. When you get that down, try to extend your shadow to connect with my clones shadow.*what a drag...haha*

(This next part isn't in the rules or anything, but I think it's important so I'll mention it anyway..)
Now, as we've seen from other battles (Shikamaru VS Tayuya) if the opponent has alot more power than you do they may be able to overpower your shadow jutsu. So it's important to keep that in mind when facing opponents 2 or more ranks ahead of you.
So go ahead and take control of my clone...if you can xd

Good. Next up is the Shadow Imitation Shuriken jutsu. For this, you channel your shadow chakra into a shuriken or kunai and throw it at your opponents shadow. If it hits than your opponent is unable to move as if they had been trapped in the Kage Mane jutsu.* wait for sensei under the same tree again *

The advantage of this is that you yourself are free to do anything you want while they're trapped. Whereas with the Kage Mane Jutsu, they would mimic any moves you make.
