SP always can't seem to get Kishi's art style and detail onto the anime. Sometimes the animation is good and they do translate the characters well.

Animation is all about how much money they put into an episode. If Naruto epsidoes were this well animated they'd be like 10 minutes each because their budget doesn't allow top quality like Pokémon and the reason should be obvious........

Pokemon rakes in 1,500,000,000.00 (1.5 billion) every year and its steadily increases.Their money= an ocean. Animation cost= a pebble. Throw the pebble in it, won't hurt their pockets.
