why is muu underated?

I don't think he is underrated...
He is pretty damn powerfull, but with so many Rikudo enhanced and Ootsutsuki characters these days he managed to keep on top 20...
And yes, overral both Tobirama and Minato are stronger than him...

i wasnt talking bout dust release but katana,they have better reaction speed yes,but cant react to attacks they can't see,and ?muu can erase his existence so neither minato nor tobirama can sense him,as Aos sensory squad could'nt sense him

Do you have any proof that Muu can makes his Katana/Kunai invisible as well?
Although this is true that they can't see/sense him but they still can smell him or they can notice his movements through air if he gets too close.
Plus Muu invisibility works via bending the light around the user so it is highly possible to notice his presence from very close distances & the moment that Minato/Tobirama realizes he's there it's finished cause they can strike him down faster than anything he can do. (he gets shat on in CQC)
