It was Obito's. Remember that his eyes were enhanced by sage chakra like Sasuke's. So naturally their PS's look very similar.

Obitos and Kakashis Kamui alone was already haxx, but then Kishi adds Kamui-Susanoo, Kamui-Shuriken und Kamui-Raikiri? Nope nope nope.

Well kakashi had grown accustomed to the MS Kamui so qhen Obito gave his RS chakra to kakashi, he gained the sharingan which turned into obito's MS. But then again, its his chakra in the first place.

Either way, kamui MS is Obito's so it his. It looks like kakashi because he had the left one for the longest time.
