I think some of you are selling Naruto short. Unlike Sakura, Naruto has faced the Rinnegan 3 times (Nagato, Obito, and Edo Madara) He knows exactly how dangerous it is and would have squished it in between his fingertips the moment Obito ask him to destroy it...then followed it up by TnJ and Naruto Jesus no Jutsu to restore his original Mangenkyo Sharingan eye

So yeah he would have popped it like a grape.
