That's zestu arm which is pretty much like a clay dough, read the chapter where madara steals senjutsu chakra from him.

All the wounds from gaara's attack heal and they were all over his body which is not zetsu.

Hashirama was bloody and messed up in the fight against madara after it.

How does sasuke and healing have anything to with Sakura is it because she's a medic? Last time I checked Sakura never became a medic to heal sasuke and only sasuke hell I don't ever recall Sakura healing sasuke once so yeah just because Sakura is a medic that doesn't means she's relevant to the topic, you brought her up to mock her so it's not same thing as when people use other characters in there threads
