I don't see how that seal on her forehead has any relation to Kaguya's sharingan / Rinnegan, plus it's an Uzumaki/Senju tech that she learned from Tsunade. It has nothing to do with her lineage.

The clan symbol could be just a coincidence. If Sakura had any relation to the Uzumaki clan, it would've been mentioned.

I just see it as her being forced into the uzumaki / senju lineage to be relevant, the same way she's forced into the Uchiha clan.
