Well best anti hero is opinionated but not a fact since it comes down to who's liked more unless you have a mass poll of who's the best anti hero, but there are better anti heroes. It's funny because even in the Naruto movies, the more screen time Sasuke has the more popular the movies. Sasuke is a great anti hero because he's always in his fan's heart and always on his hater's mind :Sparks:

Hellsing isn't shonen tho. But he is the best anti hero in anime/manga imo.

That's not even a question, he's a key character. And all of Shippuuden was based on him so of course he couldn't be taken out of the series. Though I love Vegeta, he is most definitely stronger than him in relation to Naruto/Goku and that makes him a better anti-hero.
