you know how much sand gaara can make, its not that same things as deflecting projectiles and tails, it surrounds you and attacks in continuous waves. neji can't do rotation forever. Also gaara can fly

Garaa doesn't have that much sand unless the location is desert. He has as much sand that there is inside that bottle. Also 360 attacks are useless since neji could samp rotation. Flying is also useless, air palm would get him.

Nah that shit debatable bruh. As for neji vs darui I'm certain neji would win, after all his strongest attack gets countered rotation. Darui uses kenjustu which is overall inferior to gentle fist as well, worst case scenario neji gets few slashes on his body which is nothing serious if you actually witnessed what how he was tanking kidoumaru's spears.

Neji had the potential to be pretty broken in part 2. He scored a 4.5 in Taijutsu and even got the same speed stat as Kakashi/Hebi sasuke.
His part 1 feats against kidomaru was pretty broken for his Age/Genin ranking to begin with.

He was most likely the strongest of Naruto's group in Early part 2 before naruto learn't FRS and SM. Only real threats to him were a gated Lee and a Kyuubi enhanced Naruto.

Well it would be a great fight but we're talking about all powers so you can't rule out the eight gates. My other reasons being Lee's speed and superior Taijutsu skill which is what Neji depends on in a fight.

The Gates, of which he can only go up to five, aren't that helpful, considering he exhibited no special skills, bar the lotuses. Lastly, Lee has no counter to the Vacuum Palm.

Lee can go up to the seventh gate and is faster then Neji so he can out manoeuvre him and if that fails just give Lee some Sake.
