This implies that while dodging amaterasu, raikage was moving faster than the speed of light, which is Outrageously impossible for someone in this manga, because if raikage is capable of such things, then he would of never lost to minato, because i dont understand how someone can dodge amaterasu but can't dodge a hirashin. and both are considered to be unavoidable and instaneous by all means, and naruto would of never been able to out maneuver raikage's shunshin with his own.

So we must assume that amaterasu doesn’t ignite as soon as the user sees the object, but that there is a definite Time lag. Which brings me to the conclusion, that amaterasu's speed is definetly debatable by most... Actually he moved before the Jutsu fully cast, Sasuke's eyes couldn't keep up with the sudden burst of speed at the time so it just spawned right where Sasuke thought Ay was at the time

Gai entered gates pretty much every time he faught Kisame, throughout the war, do I need anymore proof? It's right there in the dialogue.
