And I'm saying that that's like stating EMS Sasuke doesn't have PS since he has only used it when he armored Naruto's KA against JJ Obito - which, again, has been proven wrong, and it's widely accepted EMS Sasuke has PS, which means he also has his BPS, and the fact that he used it only in unison with Naruto's KA is irrelevant.
