I personally think Obito is smarter than Shikamaru, I mean c'mon he ran akatsuki. but yeah he would be around itachi obtio sasuke madara for sure, he's always been limited by weaker chakra, so to get uchiha chakra levels and sharingan and all those possibilities, he could have the potential to be kage level

In terms of intelligence, he would probably surpass Itachi(yah, Itachi ain't the smartest but is definitely among them) and in terms of abilities, he could possibly reach up to Madara's power levels which overall would make him the most talented Uchiha who ever lived.

Knowing Shika's luck, he'd probably be one of those Uchiha who don't awaken the sharingan.

For awhile, there was a rumor/headcanon that Sai might be one of those. Since he resembles Sasuke so much and Danzo took him in when he was still a child. Also Danzo conditioning Sai to never express emotions.

Why would I be upset, my thread didn't get clowned.

Sakura is more well rounded then Shikamaru.

She can counter poisons ( toxicology), deduce techniques (not limited to intangibility or exact copy in transformation), conduct surgeries ( anatomy and physiology), understand/interpret genetics, conduct post-mortem examinations, decipher encrypt messages she can even tell you if theres a genjutsu being used before anyone else can (minus an Uchiha).

But if you would have read the thread you would know that I correctly stated that he is a better tactician/ trategist.

His plans take too long to work out, and even Sasuke has been shown to be as tactical as he has. As much as I like shikamaru, later in the series, that 200 iq is just for show.

And the thread title should be either 'How Smart Is Itachi' or 'What if Sasuke was Smarter' seeing as you assume he would get these abilities.

OT: Shikamaru has poor reserves and even poorer combat skills. This is why Ino Shika Cho fights as a unit.
