Spiral Zetsu is Tobi according to the databook, they are different entity but both Tobi and obito share as a same person not until obito orange mask broke... Both went seperate way when Tobi was controlling yamato and obito getting new mask

Umm yeah everything have been suggested that Orochimaru changed since 4th ninja war and now he's just another kurotsuchi from bleach doing these experiment as his only hobby instead of pursuing his goal which is why he's working for konoha or else why would Yamato would be watch over??

I would not put orochimaru in my list until we get full idea of what his true intention was. At this point making speculation is pointless when Boruto movie is the final canonacial to this series and knowing Orochimaru has literally have no roles whatsoever so yeah that concludes he's longer the villain.

Danzo, Madara, Kimimaro make up to this list because these 3 never regret their actions, these antagonist portrays more of villains so they qualify as true villains.

He's still pursuing human experimentation, and he's still obsessed with immortality. I wonder how well Konoha watches him when he can obtain and keep secret a stash of Sharingans for his experiments.
Also, if Orochimaru were serving Konoha, why would the Hokage need to sneak into his lair? He's not working for anyone but himself, as always.

okay? He doesn't have to be *the* villain. Doesn't mean he isn't one. Your first sentence said we should wait until we know his intentions. Then you go back on that and conclude Orochimaru isn't a villain at the end, using the fact that we *won't* know his intentions as proof?

All I'm saying is that he's helping konoha "for now" but like I said, it\s never gonna happen when Oorchimaru will show his true color so we have to look at the manga as facts since everything right now have been concluded.
