Sasuke's Susanoo could fly like Kakashi's what do they both have in common? Rikudou chakra. Likewise, Naruto's avatar wasn't capable of flying until he got Rikudou powers. What proof do you need, it's obvious Rikudou chakra grants power of flight like it did to the JuubiJins.


Furthermore Naruto's control of NE increases with his power ups, no pigmentation signifies the highest level of Senjutsu control, which is what RSM basically is.
