His response is that he already decided he would teach him. If he said no it would have been from an earlier conversation, but it was not the conversation where Sasuke said he already decided. It wasn't because Sarada convinced him, but because Boruto's rasengan was successful even though it disappeared and he was the only one who noticed.

Sarada's blush was at the end of the movie when Boruto concedes in the argument over which of them will be hokage and says that his job will be to protect the hokage.

Nagato's stalker was Madara, and then Obito as Madara.

Tsunade's stalker was Shizune.
