This is the tricky one and confuses most fanboys.

In scan, bz said naruto might be able to get to sasuke due to yin yang seal.

1. Yin yang seal don't jump dimension

Naruto could feel half of hago power(yin seal), not his rinnegan

In conclusion:

Hago's gifts were yin yang seals, each of the seal contains half his power

Yin and Yang seals only enhanced their chakra, all they did was enhance the amount of Senjutsu they had but the abilities are permanent. I think Hamura developed those seals cause the Byakugan was said to be capable of reproducing the same feat as the seals "enhance chakra flow"

Rinnegan and rsm were influenced by yin yang seals which are hago's gifts, but rinnegan and rsm weren't gifts

Oh, I thought you were saying they lost their abilities. I would have to disagree, the seals are just tools to seal Kaguya, because gifts are meant to be permanent, like Ashura's power-up.

The seals purpose was to enhance their chakra so that a giant CT could be made and IT could be undone (JJ feats). They enhanced the amount of Senjutsu in Naruto and Sasuke's chakra but didn't give them any added feats. Hagoromo's gift was unlocking their Rikudou powers.

its not outright stated the seals gave them temporary enhanements but it seems to be so. like narutos healing power too. at least the gai part.

The seals might enhance others things, but e purpose if yin yang seals are to seal kaguya

Hago gave them the seals so that they can seal kaguya

Technically hago gave them rsm and rinnegan, but not in actuality
