Ability to become Juubi Jin and control it is not exclusive to Madara and Obito either; the former sealing jutsu can be used by any Rinnegan user and the latter has nothing to do with dōjutsu.

Everything else that is dōjutsu, has been listed. Sasuke on the other hand, you haven't. As you forgot to list his Sharingan, and Rinnegan genjutsus.

Sasuke, Enton alone can be used with any jutsu and he has 3 dojutsu in one eye, unlike Madara who;s only restricted to Rinnegan. Btw double Rinnegan Madara can't use Susanoo
