Prove that he has his MS active. Why are you even bothering to going against Kishimoto, his words and the manga. And it's not like he can't conscious turn it off to touch things. Like I said proof he has MS active.

No it doesn't work like that. You're putting too much thought into it like Kishi pays attention or cares about details like that he was literally walking on the ground while intangible his foot went through Kakashi that detail was drawn intentionally.
